Executive Chef and Owner Anthony Matthie started AM Catering and Concessions in 2020. An army veteran, Chef Anthony, found a second calling in life in the culinary world. Though not formally trained, Chef Anthony honed his craft in venues ranging from concept restaurants, private dining to fine dining establishments. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, raised in Brooklyn, New York. This multicultural background coupled with life experiences have helped him to develop an appreciation for great food, hospitality, and attention to detail and develop a style uniquely his own. Heavily influenced by his mother and grandmother, they served as not only his teachers, but inspiration for all that he does.
